By using TourneyHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TourneyHub is a tournament management platform that allows users to create, manage, and participate in competitive gaming tournaments.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit false match results
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform

5. Tournament Organizers

Tournament organizers are responsible for their events, including rule enforcement, prize distribution, and participant communication. TourneyHub is not responsible for the conduct of individual tournament organizers.

6. Intellectual Property

TourneyHub retains ownership of the platform. Users retain ownership of content they create (tournament descriptions, profile information). By submitting content, you grant TourneyHub a license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TourneyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TourneyHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of TourneyHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
